Flow your Qi.
Move your Ki.
Dance it out.
QiKiDance blends the breath, balance and gentle power of Tai Chi and Qi Gong with feel-good dance — a fun, home-friendly way to get fit from the inside out.

Ancient wisdom, modern movement.
QiKiDance was developed to bring the ancient benefits of Tai Chi and Qi Gong into modern everyday life. By blending breath, balance and gentle flowing power with feel-good dance, it offers a fun, accessible and home-friendly way to build fitness, calm the mind and energise the body from the inside out. QiKiDance combines the best of both approaches — movement that feels good, supports wellbeing and fits easily into today’s lifestyle.
QiKiDance was founded by Jonathan Stuart, who has been practising Tai Chi and Qi Gong for over 30 years. Jonathan first discovered Tai Chi after a friend gifted him a free session — and he was instantly hooked. He was struck by the sense of mental clarity, the feeling of the body opening and freeing up, and the powerful sensation of energy flowing through the body. Over time, he also discovered how Tai Chi and Qi Gong could gently build muscle, strength, balance and resilience without strain. QiKiDance brings together Jonathan’s decades of experience with a fresh, uplifting approach designed for modern life.
